The Government aims to see 1 million more disABLED people in work by 2027, there are around 8 million disABLED people looking for work. We know this is a weak target and we intend to make a BIG difference. 

The Disability Employment Gap has not moved in the past 20 years despite the law and legal acts aimed to protect disABLED people.

Ethical CLARITY is a Social Enterprise set up after 20 years of working with CLARITY Employment for Blind People. Our ethos is to give employment training and opportunities to Blind and disABLED people as they make AMAZING assets to any business.
